a Reservations Sales Agent.
Profile
Advanced spoken and written English.
Experience in reservations, call center, sales and customer service.
Mac computer skills.
Inbound and outbound calls.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Activities
Attending and taking calls, emails, and customer reservations.
Dealing with cancellations, changes and other booking requests.
Sending confirmations to customers reservations by mail.
Knowing the characteristics, products and services of each hotel of the Group.
Ensuring compliance and optimization of room sales for all hotels.
