SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (SIBIU REGION)

What's the Role? As an account manager, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them.
You could find yourself on construction sites or in offices and warehouses.

What does the role involve? • Professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in territories  within the target industry • Developing existing as well as establishing new customer relationships • Providing efficient solutions and technical support on building sites backed by our innovative range of products and services • Introduction of new products and representation of the Hilti brand in the market place • Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products and solutions • Obtain appointments with decision makers at construction/industrial companies • Accurate record of customer history and potential to provide the company with detailed knowledge and information about the account base • Work across multiple departments and liaise with representatives (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) and represent the Company in the best possible manner We fill 80% of our management positions with our own internal candidates.

Day to day, you’ll report to your area sales manager, who will also be there to help you manage your career.
What you need is.
A degree in technical/construction/mechanical engineering field Minimum 2-year previous experience in B2B sales Experience in selling installations/building machinery is a plus Technical mindset and understanding of dynamics in construction business, especially in building construction or mechanical engineering segment Fluency in English Driving license, category B is mandatory Team-player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment, courage and competitive drive to find solutions, entrepreneurial mindset A thirst to learn and challenge yourself Why should you apply?
