cts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing Direct Returns process issues on daily operational matters.
esolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end Direct Returns process (e.
., physical claims, refusals, non-conventional processes such as leased units returns to name just a few).
ngages with other functions and organizations to resolve the root cause of Direct Returns issues (e.
., client managers, account managers, sales teams, supply chain, logistics, etc.)Acts as a point of contact for moderately complex Direct Returns unknown issues and trains team members.
eads the efforts to optimize current Direct Returns processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities.
epresents team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.
ducation and Experience Required.
irst level university degree or equivalent experience.
ypically 2-4 years of related experience (e.
., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).

ntermediate communication skills with ability to convey medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
