Driving the transformation in retail The purpose of the Retail Operations team, within Commercial Operations, is to elevate the retail network together with our regions and markets to increase the customer experience with a higher efficiency.
​One of the pillars in the team is the Retail Performance team and we are responsible for retailer standards and compliance, remuneration strategy and execution, network performance and planning and secure the right support to our regions and markets.
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible to support and secure a consistent consumer experience at our retail partners.
This includes support in implementing digital tools, optimizing retail operations, and providing robust support to our regions, markets and retail partners.
The role aims to enhance performance, streamline processes, and ensure seamless coordination across central departments, regions and markets.

What you’ll do Support the implementation of digital tools and systems designed to enhance performance, efficiency and support within our retail network.
Collaborate with the central functions, regions and markets to ensure a seamless transition and effective utilization of these tools.
Establish and maintain a robust support structure for our retailers.
Analyze retail performance and identify areas for improvement and drive together with central functions, regions and markets to ensure the right support.
Act as a bridge between our regions and markets to drive these improvement areas.
Ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies across central department, regions and market Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals   What you’ll bring 5+ year experience in a retail environment, retail or finance functions centrally Master’s degree in business management, finance or equivalent Proven track record of developing performance and support frameworks in an automotive or retail environment Program management experience Advanced English communication skills Experience working with highly visible projects in an international environment Experience from leading and implementing larger scale IT-projects Also working with analytics, understanding the data and what gaps require actions   Location Gothenburg   Ready to take the next step?
