the responsibility includes implementation, maintenance and improvement of warehouse management system process.
understand and know how the process interacts with upstream and downstream processes.
assist in preparing and analyzing project plans, test scripts, training materials, and documentation.
training module & program work closely with team members of other areas to understand client needs perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
lead functional discussions with the client including integrating wms to erp.
supporting all sites in wms transactions functional validation and testing of installed & it tested setup programs, customizations, interfaces & upgrade in test for mother sites cpo support for testing local customizations cpo training & ensuring perfect knowledge of the processes and functionalities functional follow-up of the approved customizations / safe according to the functional specifications
