RENEWAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

What you will be doing.
Achieve quota by selling license and product renewals via phone and email, with opportunities for upselling when applicable.
Provide customers with renewal dates and pricing details to ensure timely renewals.
Work within an assigned customer territory, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify lead generation opportunities to expand the territory and drive upsells.
Analyze customer feedback to understand product expectations, satisfaction levels, and abandonment risks, documenting this data in the CRM system.
Prepare and provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Collaborate with teams, such as Sales Operations, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn and apply strong product knowledge.
