RENEWAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

What you will be doing.
Achieve sales quotas by securing license or product renewals via phone and email.
Provide customers with renewal dates and pricing details to facilitate timely renewals.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within an established customer and territory base.
Conduct online customer research to support renewal efforts and expand opportunities.
Analyze customer feedback to capture product expectations, satisfaction levels, and potential attrition risks in the CRM system.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Collaborate with teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to learn and apply detailed product knowledge effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally.
A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

3+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in renewal sales or account management.
Experience with lead generation and driving upsell opportunities.
