We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance Technical Accounting team at Guy Carpenter.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of reinsurance contracts, ensuring the verification of premium payments and claims management between the client and the reinsurer.
We will count on you to.
Manage reinsurance contracts operationally.
Verify premium payments and related documentation.
Review terms and conditions of cover.
Analyse proportional accounts and follow up on premium and claims collection.
Liaise and communicate with internal and external clients and brokers.
Handle claims between the client and the reinsurer.
What you need to have.
Degree in business administration.
3-5 years' experience in insurance and/or reinsurance.
Advanced level of English (comprehension, written and spoken).
Intermediate knowledge of Office software (Excel).
What makes you stand out.
Experience in reinsurance, both proportional and non-proportional.
Advanced knowledge of database management (Power BI) (desirable).
Data collection and analysis skills.
