About the role The primary role of Regulatory Technologist is to work in partnership with the Kerry Regulatory team to support regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities Responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various Regulatory processes and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
·ââConducts administrative duties within defined guidelines.
·ââManage technical and customers document and data accurately and to tight time scales.
Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures.
·ââCreate and maintain Technical documentation.
Coordinate response to internal & external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.
·ââLiaise with RD&A, QA & Operations for technical documentation review.
Document control.
·ââDevelop effective working relationships with internal and external customers Contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators.
·ââRemain fully flexible to meet business requirement.
Qualifications and skills Food regulatory & legislative knowledge ·ââRepeat processes consistently ·ââConduct administrative tasks Language Requirements ·ââFluent in any of the languages - English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Polish Technical Competencies ·ââComputer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office ·ââExperience in SAP and Optiva systems an advantage ·ââFluency in English.
Fluency in another language an added advantage Qualifications and skills ·ââDegree or local equivalence of same in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science or related discipline ·ââ0-3 years experience of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance or R&D ·ââFood industry knowledge ·ââExecutes using established processes and structures.
·ââAnalytical, self-starter, decisive and able to perform under pressure and a team player; able to take instruction and perform work accordingly ·ââPossess good co-operation / communication / presentation / interpersonal and organization skills ·ââExcellent communication skills Other Requirements ·ââAttention to detail / Flexible / Time Management skills Able to work accurately and quickly in a fast moving environment ·ââAble to work on your own initiative and pay attention to detail ·ââSelf-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
