What's the role? We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to search, identify and attract top talent to our Hilti Great Britain & Northern Europe corporate function business units.

What does the role involve? Own the end-to-end recruitment process for our regional corporate functions, managing your stakeholders proactively & working with the hiring managers and HRBPs to develop proactive resourcing strategies Conduct job/industry market intelligence, candidate/competitor analysis and utilise strategic recruiting processes and tools to open doors to passive and active candidates Conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and selling the Hilti proposition to passive candidates who may not be aware of us Implementing the university attraction strategy for your area, building partnerships with key target universities and ensuring Hilti is positioned as an employer of choice on campus, attending and managing events as required Regional hiring lead for our global outperformer leadership development program, taking responsibility for candidate attraction, stakeholder management and delivery Deliver interview & selection training to hiring managers, keeping them up to date with best practice and always championing candidate experience throughout the hiring process Manage the offer process with candidates, using inputs from the Reward team and your external market understanding to guide the hiring manager on appropriate compensation levels Key recruiting data reporting to key stakeholders and HR leaders for your designated areas Understand your functional and geographical market, sharing insights to shape current and future hiring strategies, bringing the outside in and ensuring Hilti remains competitive in the talent landscape We regularly win Great Place to Work awards globally and are very proud to have been placed on the Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list in the UK by our employees for the past 10 years.

What you need is.
Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred but not essential Demonstrable experience of end-to-end recruitment in an internal talent acquisition partner position Experience working in an international company, working across multiple countries Demonstrable sourcing & headhunting skills/experience, ideally with agency experience Strong senior stakeholder management experience in a multi-national company/matrix setting Experience building proactive sourcing strategies & executing the plan Analytical & data driven mindset to bring insights to business & HR leaders Comfortable with constantly changing priorities & working autonomously Ability to influence others & challenge the status quo Extensive experience with ATS, Talent relationship management systems,  as well as LinkedIn Recruiter Based in a commutable distance to our Manchester office to be present in the office at least 50% of the week Comfortable with occasional national travel/ international travel  Who should apply?
