Job Summary.
Highly motivated and experienced Regional Managers to lead Zeal Capital's operations in the following countries.
Mexico, Argentina, Panama, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech, trading, and brokerage sectors, as well as exceptional skills in team management and business strategy development.
This role is key to driving the growth and expansion of Zeal Capital in the local market.
Responsibilities.
·      Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
·      Manage and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
·      Establish and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners, and regulators.
·      Analyse market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
·      Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
·      Report directly to senior management on country performance and strategic initiatives.
Business Development.
·      Lead the expansion of our trading platform in each country.
·      Work closely with the Business Manager.
·      Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
·      Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
·      Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Client Retention.
·      Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
·      Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
·      Establish long-term relationships with clients.
·      Comply with all company policies and procedures in accordance with the compliance department.
Marketing Strategies.
·      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the country market.
·      Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
·      Work directly with the marketing and customer service departments.
Sales Team Management.
·      Lead and manage a multicultural sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance objectives.
·      Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programmes as needed.
·      Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
·      Team-oriented, capable of producing reports for greater business clarity.
·      Ensure the entire sales team meets KPIs and motivate them.
·      Make calls, conduct business, and stay in touch with clients to help grow the business.
Financial Management.
·      Take responsibility for the P&L account of the region.
·      Work closely with the finance department to ensure budget and financial targets are met.
·      Be clear on regulatory requirements to ensure proper compliance with established Fair Treatment of Clients requirements.
Requirements.
·      Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in fintech, trading, or brokerage roles.
·      Extensive experience as a broker, with knowledge in FOREX, CFDs, commodities, indices, stocks, and cryptocurrencies.
·      At least 2 years of experience in creating and managing sales teams.
·      Ability to create and supervise KPIs for the sales team.
Experience in revenue strategies.
·      Candidates must have an existing client and IB list.
·      Deep knowledge of financial markets and local regulations.
·      Exceptional communication skills in fluent English.
·      Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively.
·      Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
·      Solid knowledge of using CRM systems and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
·      Proactive, with ambition to exceed set objectives and motivate the team.
·      Capable of analysing and identifying market investment opportunities and needs.
·      University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
We offer.
·      200k to 300k mexican peso (gross salary depending on skills).
During the first months of operation, the salary will be paid gross, and the candidate will need to file their own tax returns and make insurance payments, etc.
