The Role The Recruitment Specialist will focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings for the organization.
This role requires experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
The Recruitment Specialist will also be expected to contribute to enhancing employer branding and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
onduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
chedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
onduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
rovide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
ork closely with department heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
xtend job offers and negotiate terms of engagement within the organization’s guidelines.
anage the pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
upport employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, such as developing job advertisements and utilizing social media and online platforms.
repare regular reports on recruitment activities, trends, and outcomes for management review.
ontinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications.
Two to three years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
t least one year experience in handling technical recruitment.
trong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems)Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detailIdeal candidates will be available for mid shift hours (1-10PM) to match operating hours of most of our partners, teachers and core team members Benefits and Perks 100% remote set-upEnjoy 30 vacation days per year.
