As a Principal Coordinator, you have the opportunity to support an operation that delivers the facilitation and scheduling of logistical requirements for candidate interviews at Capital One.
The ideal candidate will be a great team player, accountable for achieving all business goals while delivering on operational execution for the Talent Acquisition team.

Effective communication and influencing skills, in addition to meticulous attention to detail, will ensure success in this role.
esponsibilities.
rovide recruiting support services in accordance with Capital One's recruiting support process, standards and systemsSupport Ad Hoc, Power Day and Ambassador schedulingServe as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clientsNegotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews for interview processPartner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing processBuild and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, executive assistants, and administrative professionalsManage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional mannerPrepare various materials, reports and files for interviews and consensus meetingsSuperior time management, organization and prioritization skillsProven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional teamAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levelsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication, negotiation and influencing skillsExhibit a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality and flexibilityAbility to quickly and effectively adapt to changeProven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to embrace new systems and process enhancementsWillingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the recruiting organization Basic Qualifications.
ntermediate-Advanced English fluencyHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificationA least 2 year of experience Customer Service experienceAt least 1 year of experience with Google Suite Preferred Qualifications.
