Right now we are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our team at Globant! You will get the chance to.

Interact with the leading companies from different industries.
Being responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process.
Create recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions.
Search and attract candidates through databases, and social media networks.
Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommending different strategies to fulfill open positions.
Provide candidates with relevant information about the culture, career path, professional development, and benefits.
Give feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedbacks in management systems.
Attend and propose key events to promote Globant’s culture and attract candidates.
What will help you succeed.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.
., LinkedIn, job boards).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Advanced level of English Strong interpersonal skills.
Goal orientation and flexibility Negotiation skills.
