About the role Esta posición tiene como objetivo dar soporte en el área de sampling, en las tareas relacionadas al pesado de muestras y apoyo en el secador, mejorando los tiempos de respuesta y asertividad de los proyectos asignados.
Es responsable del pesado de sabores, pruebas experimentales y tareas inherentes a buenas prácticas de laboratorio, control de materia prima y responsable de mantener los stocks vigentes.
Key responsibilities Realizar análisis fisicoquímicos para especificar nuevos desarrollos.
Preparar muestras de nuevos desarrollos.
Asignar lotes, registrar y enviar muestras de nuevos desarrollos.
Mantener stocks de materia prima.
Mantener y actualizar el stock de retención de muestras enviadas a clientes.
Proporcionar soporte en el proceso de comercialización de nuevos desarrollos.
Preparar muestras de control.
Qualifications and skills Formación académica en Química en Alimentos, Química, Ingeniería en Biotecnología, o carrera a fin (Licenciatura, Ingeniería o técnico).
Experiencia mínima de un año en laboratorios de desarrollo o control de calidad, y comprensión básica de inglés técnico.
Conocimiento químico y técnico para realizar análisis fisicoquímicos y procesos de manufactura de sabores.
Familiaridad con procesos administrativos y sistemas MDG y SAP.
Capacidad para mantener buenas relaciones con áreas involucradas como planta piloto y sampling.
Habilidad para administrar tareas, priorizar y manejar el sentido de urgencia.
Comprensión de la importancia de sus actividades y su impacto en los objetivos del equipo y la compañía.
Alto sentido de responsabilidad, servicio y trabajo en equipo.
Confiabilidad y honestidad, con un fuerte sentido de confidencialidad.
Enfoque, capacidad de concentración y rápido aprendizaje.
