At Product Quality Improvements (PQI) within Quality we have an end-to-end responsibility for actions to meet Volvo Cars customer satisfaction ambitions.
We act by reacting on insights and data from todays cars, secure actions for todays cars as well as coming products.
Right now, we are looking for a Quality Program Manager to strengthen our team.
What you will do? As a Quality Program Manager, you act as the voice and hands of quality in the Vehicle Program Management Teams.
You support and drive Quality and Customer Satisfaction in all stages and dimensions of the program.
You collaborate closely with your colleagues within quality working with todays product to secure to bring the knowledge from todays car in to your program.
For this role to be a fit for you, your heart is within customer satisfaction and quality, you are self-driven with high integrity and courage.
You are a leader that drives result and see roadblocks as a natural part of moving forward.
In your role you will secure that program execution is in line with VPDS milestone requirements and that quality history from current products are brought into the program.
You safeguard that content and make sure new concepts are quality secured.
The result is a front-end product exceeding our customers expectations.
As part of your job, you secure the program milestones deliverables are fulfilled, secures that deviations have actions and escalate if plans are missing.
You lead and plan program milestones and support with recommendations and conclusions.
You act as a stakeholder and at the same time is a trusted team member in the program.
You will be integral part of the PQI Team as well as larger Quality team.
You will get customer insights and quality history inputs from the field for the program you work on.
You will have possibility to work with product quality after J1 to have end-to-end responsibility.
You will have large network and stakeholders within the company from all functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital, S&PM, Procurement, Service Operations, etc.)   Why do you fit the profile? You lead others with high integrity and have a firm experience of vehicle programs and the product development process.
You are analytic, understand what needs to be done by gathering and reviewing data.
You are good at keeping and building structures that help creating performance and clarify expectations.
You have proven to be an excellent leader that take charge and make it happen, even if it means stepping out of your normal work.
You are fluent in speaking and writing English.
