What you can look forward to as Quality Manager Define strategies that ensure compliance with client/business and corporate objectives.
Manage strategies that improve the quality culture, as well as massive systematic improvements.
Monitor the behavior and operation of products in the plants, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
Know and monitor customer requirements to comply with them during the production phases.
Provide feedback to the areas involved in the plant when there are problems with clients and coordinate the generation of corrective actions.
Actively collaborate during the reception and internal, client and third-party audits.
Your profile as Quality Manager 5 years of experience in the Quality area within the Automotive industry.
Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
Experience with IATF , VDA, FORMEL Q, ISO and .
Advanced level of English.
3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Drive results with a multifunctional team within a complex matrix organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in product and project launches.
Must be available for occasional travel outside the country.
