Your role as Has responsibility for the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of one or more Quality Systems related to policies and procedures, performance measurement, continuous improvement, capability and development and validation of our systems and processes.
Systems include consumer comments, learning and development, investigations, validation, etc.
·        Leads the GAP analysis and resolution of consumer/customer complaints by following a continuous improvement strategy.
·        Ensure all regulatory requirements are met for P&G products production.
·        Lead the preparation and execution of corporate audits by being “audit ready” at all times.
·        Lead and execute the Shelf quality audit and Traceability exercise.
·        Review and follow-up the action plans completion from internal and regulatory audits.
·        Support and ensure new initiatives comply with all Quality requirements needed, including on the floor support on activities.
·        Review and approve the validation protocols and reports for new initiatives and/or technical projects.
Participation on the floor on Initiatives activities as needed.
·        Knowledgably of applicable P&G SOPs and industry standards for Beauty Care products.
·        Horizontal quality system expertise and ownership (i.
.
Non-conformity, audits, Consumer Complaints, Shelf Quality, etc, microbiology).
·        Develop quality culture by enabling leadership team to pursue quality goals across operation departments.
·        Involve in the liberation process of raw & pack materials, bluks, intermediates and finished product to ensure quality standards are being followed.
·        Maintain Quality Scorecards updated according to Business directions.

Job Qualifications  Qualifications ·        Eligible to work in Querétaro.
