Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects.
Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts.
Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT/PCSAT risks.
Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.
Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen on the process floors.
Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.
Monitor and drive compliance requirements through Internal Common Minimum standards (CMS), ISO , etc.
Ensure all process metrics are met.
Lead quality report and dashboards.
Support in SOP and VSM creation.

Apoyar iniciativas de excelencia de procesos e impulsar proyectos de mejora.
Impulsar la evaluación comparativa y la implementación de mejores prácticas en todas las cuentas.
Comprenda los posibles factores que impulsan la insatisfacción del cliente y mitigue de forma proactiva cualquier riesgo de CSAT/PCSAT.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los clientes y el equipo de liderazgo de operaciones para identificar oportunidades de mejora e impulsarlas hasta su cierre.
Impulsar proyectos para mejorar y mantener la rentabilidad del proceso.
Impulsar una cultura de mejora de procesos utilizando herramientas como Six Sigma, Lean y Kaizen en las plantas de proceso.
Impulsar prácticas de estandarización en el piso y garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de los procesos internos y definidos por el cliente.
Monitorear e impulsar los requisitos de cumplimiento a través de estándares mínimos comunes internos (CMS), ISO , etc.
Asegúrese de que se cumplan todas las métricas del proceso.
Liderar informes y paneles de calidad.
Soporte en la creación de SOP y VSM.
