QA ANALYST INTERN

As a QA Analyst Intern, you will review, execute, and analyze outcomes of test cases provided by internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing feedback and working closely with both support and development teams to resolve product quality issues.
We seek applicants with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
What you will be doing.
Execute test checklists reported by support, customers, and other internal stakeholders to review product features and functionality.
Analyze test results to determine test success or failure.
Work closely with engineers and product owners to determine proper software results and outcomes.
Record defects found in testing using the approved defect tracking software.
Communicate findings and exchanges information with internal groups.
What you will likely bring.
Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, at least 1 year to graduate.
Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) is required.

Experience working with team members to resolve testing problems.
Ability to listen and communicate both verbally and in writing to other co-workers and department contacts.
English speaking and comprehension skills.
