Job Summary We are seeking a Sr.
Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python AWS Cloud Native Security Amazon Kubernetes Services and Amazon Sagemaker.
Additionally experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is mandatory.
The role requires proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) and operates during the day shift.
No travel is required.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python to meet business requirements.
Implement and manage AWS Cloud Native Security to ensure robust and secure cloud infrastructure.
Utilize Amazon Kubernetes Services to deploy manage and scale containerized applications.
Leverage Amazon Sagemaker for building training and deploying machine learning models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable software systems.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Continuously improve software development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications Possess strong proficiency in Python for software development.
Have extensive experience with AWS Cloud Native Security for secure cloud infrastructure.
Demonstrate expertise in Amazon Kubernetes Services for container management.
Show proficiency in Amazon Sagemaker for machine learning model deployment.
Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Show experience in agile development methodologies.
Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
