We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Required Skills.
• Resource Management.
Proven ability to manage, allocate, and optimize resources efficiently.
• Project Management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.
., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.
., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Leadership & Team Management.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, with the ability to handle both technical and interpersonal challenges.
• Communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving.
Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions related to resource allocation, skills gaps, and project delays.
• Technical Knowledge.
Understanding of IT processes and technologies, even if not directly involved in technical execution, to make informed decisions.
• Analytical Skills.
Ability to analyze data, project needs, and resource availability to make data-driven decisions.
• Time Management.
Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Budget Management.
Experience in managing budgets for resources, including personnel and technology costs.
• Understanding of QA process(mandatory).
