About the role Responsible for managing all aspects of marketing communications projects within an in-house creative team, from concept to delivery.
This role oversees collaborative projects between the design team, digital team, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in project management, creative strategy, and marketing operations to ensure all projects are on brief, on time, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of project management expertise, creative understanding, and technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced, global marketing environment.
Key responsibilities Manage the strategic development, coordination, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative projects ·ââOrganize and facilitate project kickoffs with various stakeholders, including design team, digital team, and marketing operations ·ââOversee project timelines and resources using Workfront, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress ·ââInterpret briefs and ensure all creative materials align with project objectives and brand guidelines ·ââCoordinate between design, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery ·ââEvaluate and optimize workflows and processes within Workfront to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience ·ââMaintain a working knowledge of tools and best practices for marketing operations, project management, and creative development across all forms of media ·ââProvide strategic recommendations for creative design, content, and project execution ·ââEnsure compliance with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project timelines ·ââManage the optimization and presentation of creative materials to clients or stakeholders Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field ·ââMinimum of 5 years experience in managing creative projects, preferably in an in-house marketing or agency environment ·ââStrong proficiency in verbal and written English, excellent communication and relationship-building skills ·ââExperience working in global teams and managing cross-cultural communication ·ââExceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously ·ââProven ability to think strategically and execute methodically ·ââExpertise in project management systems, particularly Workfront; experience with other tools like Monday.
om, Jira, or Asana is a plus ·ââFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and MS Office suite ·ââUnderstanding of both digital and traditional marketing media/channels ·ââExperience in managing and optimizing creative workflows and processes ·ââAbility to present business recommendations and provide rationale to diverse stakeholders ·ââSelf-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment ·ââStrong portfolio demonstrating successful management of complex, collaborative creative projects
