• Lead the planning and implementation of projects using Workday PM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the execution of Workday HCM and Workday (HCM) Recruitment modules to optimize HR processes.
• Provide expertise in Workday configurations and customizations to meet specific business needs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management Preferred experience.
• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in Workday PM, Workday HCM, Workday (HCM) Recruitment, Workday, and EBS-Project Management.
• Experience in COTS Products (LS Sales & Marketing) and Sales & Marketing is a plus.
This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.
