PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Test Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Mobile Testing Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming.
Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.
Leverage SNOW for efficient incident and problem management during the testing process.
Employ various Testing Tools and Frameworks to execute and manage test cases.
Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate business processes and ensure they meet specified requirements.
Conduct Mobile Testing to ensure applications function correctly on various mobile devices.
Use Rally to manage and track testing tasks and progress.
Utilize HP ALM for test management including planning execution and reporting.
Employ Jira for defect tracking and project management.
Apply Basic Programming skills to create and execute automated test scripts.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Identify document and track defects ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications Possess strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.
Have proficiency in using SNOW for incident management.
Demonstrate expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
Show capability in Manual E2E BPA.
Have experience in Mobile Testing.
Be proficient in using Rally and HP ALM.
Have experience with Jira for defect tracking.
Possess Basic Programming skills.
Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
No travel required.
Certifications Required ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) The Cognizant community.
