PROGRAM MANAGER SPECIALIST

Supports efforts to provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating small and medium programs/projects.
Research, evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve innovative improvements.
Collects, analyzes, and produces financial and performance indicators and forecasts.
Helps to provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out of the box thinking.
Knowledge in agile product development life cycle (PDLC) and/or software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies with some experience leading projects.
