Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EBS modules.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive project success.
Qualifications.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on EBS-Work in Process, EBS-Cost Management, and EBS-Bill of Materials.
Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to provide expert guidance on EBS modules.
Exhibit excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Show proficiency in risk management and resource allocation.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
Be adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support team members.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Show a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Exhibit a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Have experience working in a hybrid work model and managing remote teams.
