Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves being responsible of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like.
Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
New Product Introduction projects.
In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in Spanish & English.

BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
Fluent English.
Previous experience in program administration/management or related area.
NPI experience.
Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
Accountability for the program wellness.
Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
Ability to read, financial reports.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Makes decisions for the function and the site.
Decisions may affect multiple sites.
Provides direction to teams according to established policies and objectives.
Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
Normally receives no instruction.
Demonstrates skills in teaching/leading and/or mentoring.
May lead a team.
