We are currently searching for a Production Support Specialist.
Responsibilities.
Provide 24x7 production support in a financially impactful payment environment.
Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution within the payment domain.
Monitor and troubleshoot TCP/IP traces and payment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO , ISO , and other payment regulations.
Requirements.
5+ years of experience in a 24x7 production support environment for financial services.
3+ years of experience in incident, change, and problem management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with ISO , ISO , and payment systems like ACH, RTP, SWIFT.
Desired.
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Murex, and payment card systems.
Knowledge of cross-border and domestic payments regulations.
Experience reading TCP/IP traces and understanding of technical issues in card payments.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
