ob OverviewTE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics - Pricing experience preferable - 5+ years of pricing, product management, or finance.
- Self-motivated, ability to proactively drive business improvements, willingness to adopt new pricing tools and initiate and/or accept changes.
- Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation \u execution.
- Strong PC abilities.
expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications is required.
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software is also a plus.
- Drive results primarily through influencing and collaborating with colleagues and peers - Able to present the work in a point presentation - Experience operating and influencing at a planned level and collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders (engineering, product management, finance, and customer service) - Knowledge of continuous Improvement Tools is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Reduction of Price and Margin Variability across assigned Product Lines - Reduction of Price and Margin Leakage for assigned Product Lines - Published Book Price Utilization - Achievement of Revenue \u Margin targets as a function of price actions and strategies - Year over Year Price Realization or Margin $ Improvement from price actions and strategies.
- Improve special price request response time and reduce responsiveness variation.
- Improve special price request win rate and performance rate.
- Maintain response times within goals across different types of pricing requests.
