PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Monterrey - Nuevo León

We are seeking an organized and strategic Program Manager to drive the efficiency and success of product launches and releases in our Product Marketing team.
What you will be doing.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the launch frameworks, tools, and guidelines for effective product launches and releases.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve product launch processes and tools, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency across all product marketing launches.
Act as the key liaison between Product Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, and Marketing Operations teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and goals.
Oversee and support other strategic Product Marketing initiatives, including sales enablement and content governance projects, to ensure timely completion and cross-functional alignment.
Assist Product Marketing in creating and managing sales enablement tools and resources to ensure sales teams have the content they need to effectively position and sell new product offerings.
Develop and maintain a content governance framework that ensures product marketing materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing standards.
Track, report, and communicate launch metrics, post-launch analyses, and project progress to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
What you will likely bring.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a related role, ideally in Product Marketing or Marketing Operations.
Demonstrated experience managing product launches and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.
., Asana, Monday.
om) and product marketing platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
