Well acquainted with in Fintech and payment processing landscape in Mexico
Fluent Spanish both writing and oral skills
English upperintermediate level B1 or higher
Basic skills of building requirements BRD, CJM, User Story, Use case.
Building priorities according to RICE MoSCow models
Basic knowledge of project management frameworks Agile, Scrum
Understanding the principles of conducting quantitative and qualitative research
Customer focused, responsive, action and result oriented
Selfdiscipline, organization, and excellent time management
Manage the product throughout its entire lifecycle
Clear communication with all teams sales, marketing, legal, risk, etc..
Communication and negotiation with partners acquiring banks, local payment method providers.
Set tasks for related departments and monitor their execution.
Measure points of improvement and data features.
Conduct UXUI research, competitor analysis, and customer development.
Provide support in presales and sales.
