In this role, you will be working in the Motion (Motors & Drives) back-end sales team, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will support local sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions in our Drives division Reporting to the Local Busines Unit Manager you will assist in the development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of our drives portfolio solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The work model for the role is hybrid You will be mainly accountable for.
• Helping to resolve customers’ issues with drives— which may involve visiting customer sites • Identifying new product and systems development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs • Delivering training in new products and systems to internal teams and customers • Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval • Preparing reports on market position, product and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team • Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities Qualifications for the role Experience in product management, working as product manager / specialist with drives, motor knowledge is a strong plus Demonstrated experience of marketing, and sales strategy and technical solutions Knowledge and experience of technical drive solutions, SalesForce is a plus A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written SalesForce is a plus What's in it for you?
