ensure the overall success of the company product categories in terms of revenue, volume and profit; in charge of product planning & line-up logic, pricing strategies, product lifecycle and new product launches readiness, as well as reviewing purchases and healthy inventory levels.
develop innovative product strategies to enhance market presence.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
drive product development projects from concept to completion.
ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
implement continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
