As a R&D Analyst, you will play a key role in the product development team.
You will be responsible for supporting the creation, development, and launch of innovative supplements and foods.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, develop formulations, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in product launch activities.
Your focus will be on the technical aspects of product development.

he Candidate.
We are looking for a Product Development Analyst who is passionate about food development and has a strong interest in the plant-based products industry.
The ideal candidate has a professional background in food engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
The successful candidate has at least 2 years of experience in research and development, or alternatively, is a recent graduate with excellent academic and/or extracurricular credentials.
We value curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
esponsibilities and Activities.
Support all stages of product development, from market research to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of product specifications and formulations.
Plan and execute tests and evaluations to improve the quality, functionality, taste, and consumer experience of new and existing products.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, technologies, and consumer preferences to inform product development.
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for the creation of new products and improvements to existing ones.
Generate and manage technical and regulatory documentation for product development, such as experiments, dossiers, and specification sheets.
