Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site.
The Process Engineering Manager role involves responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like.
Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
Establish and improve process capabilities.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
Improve throughput in constrained areas.
Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we're looking to add to our team.
Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, mechatronics or related Strong experience in similar position Advanced English.
MS Office (Excel, PP).
Strong knowledge in industrial engineering and project implementation and monitoring.
Certification.
PMP Microsoft Project Line balancing in mechanical assemblies.
Advanced English.
Personnel Management Capacity analysis, time tracking, creation and work instructions, and procedures.
High-power energy management Core Tools Problem Solving Detail-oriented Teamwork Green Belt/Black Belt certification is required.
