Misión
Bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Calidad, es responsable por resolver las necesidades de los programas de producción, implementación de métodos y procesos de manufactura, definiendo estándares de producción, requerimientos de mano de obra, diseño de flujos de producción, distribución de planta, utilización de equipos, herramientas y materiales, optimizando los recursos disponibles.
1. Establece procesos de producción para mejorar tiempos de producción y defectos de calidad.
2. Lleva el control de los procesos.
3. Establece todas las herramientas a utilizar para el proceso de producción.
4. Realiza instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos de producción.
5. Realiza ayudas visuales para el proceso de capacitación.
6. Capacita operadores, técnicos y supervisores en el proceso de producción.
7. Diseño de Layout.
8. Controla las variables del proceso.
9. Realiza acciones preventivas y correctivas a procesos de producción.
Perfil
1. Ingeniería mecánica, mecatronica o robótica, industrial.
2. Experiencia mínima de 3 años de experiencia en industria manufacturera
3. Habilidad oral y escrita para el idioma inglés
4. Manejo de paquetería Office
5. Diseño de herramientas
6. Experiencia en programación de equipo automatizado.
7. Autocad
8. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
9. Resolución de problemas
