Schedule Flexible schedule within regular business hours between 800am and 500pm
Working Conditions Onsite and Remote work allowed
Reports To Sr Management
Communication Upstream with Sr Management and Horizontally with Department Managers Operations
Monthly Salary Range between 20,000 and 25,000 MXN
Introduction
The Professional Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation process of call center software technology and applications. This role involves programming campaigns and designing chat and call flows to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a deep understanding of call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
1 . Technical Implementation and Configuration
Plan, coordinate, and execute software implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet project requirements.
Configure and program campaigns, chat flows, and call flows based on client requirements, and perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with the development team to customize and integrate software solutions.
2. Client Engagement and Support
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for clients on software use and customized features, develop and maintain training materials, and provide postimplementation support to resolve any technical issues.
3. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement, stay updated with industry trends and advancements in call center technology.
Contribute to the development of best practices and implementation methodologies to enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in software implementation, technical support, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in call center software e.g., JavaScript, SQL, IVR design tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing project requirements and priorities.
Analytical mindset with problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
