areer Level - IC4 Innovate, Design and Implement new Agent UX features utilizing modern Web development tools.
Write automated unit and acceptance tests and champion TDD and ATDD best practices.
Lead and participate in design and code reviews.
Coach and mentor other members of the development team.
Work closely with other Scrum teams when implementing features spanning multiple teams.
Introduce new tools and processes to help the team improve product quality, product performance, and team productivity.
Become a product expert and leverage that expertise to support internal and external users.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and follow through.
Fully competent in own areas of expertise.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

BS/MS in a technical engineering discipline 7+ years of professional software development experience Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming in a statically typed language such as Java, C#, C++, or TypeScript Extensive experience developing Web-based products using modern tools such as React, Angular, Knockout, Vue, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript Experience with Test Driven Development, using mocking and Dependency Injection Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals Demonstrated ability to complete a project through a development process, including requirements gathering, detailed design and project planning As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
