e are looking for a Pricing Analyst, to manage customer pricing in support to sales, reporting into the Global Leveraged Operations Team.
he primary responsibility is to manage prices for a Regional Interconnect Solutions business units in EMEA and Americas regions, by being the key support for prices in Salesforce Pricing system (business admin) and track metrics in support to sales to improve revenues.
our key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:​Regional Business Administrator for Salesforce (SFDC PA) pricing tool including Approval Flow governance, Trouble Shouting support, New User training and annual SFDC PA user reviews etc.
aise the pricing requests on behalf of the price owners to the correct standards and requirements.
anaging, maintaining, tracking, and continuously improving usage of Salesforce pricing tool.
anage the pricing processes, making sure all processes are followed and in compliance with the best practices.
anage, maintain, and track rebates in SAP and SFDC.
nsure all activities are compliant with company internal controls and standards.
dentify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
ork closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to support pricing actions.
articipate on Global projects / Work activities assigned by team leader.
ualifications.
achelor’s degree.
+ years of proven experience in SAP, SAP Pricing flows and Salesforce Pricing management.
nowledge of Order flow processes in SAP.
nalytical skills, and ability to look at data from various perspectives.
roficiency with automations (like Excel Macros, VBA scripts, PowerApps).
bility to understand workflows and processes and follow-ups.
roficiency with Microsoft office tools.
bility to maintain cross functional relationships with business manager, account managers, product line managers and customer service.
emonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written) with account managers.
trong organizational capability.
bility to prioritize and support effectively.
luent in English written and spoken.
FDC / SAP experience is preferred.
