Sales What youull do? Project Management.
Capture RFP/RFI requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to track and ensure timely delivery in response to client requirements, and proactively address and escalate issues to remove obstacles.
Content Analysis.
Analyze RFP/RFI documents to capture client deliverables, evaluation criteria, and project scope.
Content Writing.
Leverage our Industrialized Knowledge Warehouse (IKW) and other tools to address FAQs and standard questions posed in client RFP/RFIs.
Proposal Development.
Coordinate with content/section owners to build well-structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals aligning with client needs and our capabilities that meet submission requirements and deadlines.
Knowledge Management.
Collaborate with the TLC Knowledge Management team to help maintain an organized and up-to-date proposal library, including templates, boilerplate content, and case studies for future use.
Editing and Proofreading.
Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Ensure all materials are error-free and adhere to Capgemini guidelines.

Efficiency in task prioritization and deadline management, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
A solid grasp of the English language with the ability to critically review content for completeness and responsiveness, as well as to edit content for readability.
