bout the RoleWe're seeking a talented CRO & Design Specialist to bridge our Paid Media and Design departments.
This role focuses on optimizing conversion rates through data-driven design decisions, conducting A/B testing, and creating high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
hat You'll Do Every Day- Create compelling digital ad creative designs and landing pages that align with campaign objectives- Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize conversion rates- Analyze user behavior using heat maps and scroll mapping tools- Collaborate with Paid Media team to understand campaign goals and metrics- Develop design solutions based on data insights and user behavior- Monitor and report on conversion metrics and test results- Create and maintain design templates for rapid campaign deployment- Optimize landing pages for improved user experience and conversion ratesWhat You Bring to the Table- 3+ years experience in CRO and digital design- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)- Experience with A/B testing and heat mapping tools- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles- Data analysis and visualization skills- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred- Knowledge of paid media platforms a plus- Flawless spoken and written english skillsWhat Success Looks Like- Consistently improve conversion rates across campaigns- Create efficient workflows between Paid Media and Design teams- Develop data-backed design systems that scale- Build strong collaborative relationships across departmentsWhat We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience- Unlimited PTO and paid company holidays- Fully remote work environment- Virtual team-building events- Professional development opportunitiesWork Environment Requirements- Reliable internet connection- Dedicated home office workspace- Ability to attend virtual meetings using Google Meet- Proficiency with collaboration tools like SlackWhy Join Webserv?- Elite Reputation.
