Develop and implement a global governance model for the Power Platform and establish standards and best practices across the organization Strategy for the power platform, global training route, policies, guard rails put in place, ownership of power platform Work directly with global business units to improve business processes with automation Provide work direction to a worldwide team of developers and architects Develop, maintain, and support solutions developed using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, and RPA.
Define and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, wireframes, diagrams, prototypes, etc.
Communicate and translate technical concepts to non-technical customers and business leaders.
Work with the Training Team to deliver super-user and end-user training Establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder and super-user interaction to champion the Microsoft Power Platform tools and expand utilization globally Provides leadership, and mentoring, and assists in the facilitation of team management by directing the work of and setting technical direction for other team members in an open, positive, and collaborative manner Deliver the full SDL for projects.

Hands-on leader who can design and develop applications using the Power Platform using model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Datavers Understanding of industry-leading RPA technologies, including UI Path 7+ years of professional experience focused on Microsoft Office365 Minimum 3 years of experience using and developing in the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Canvas, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse Have a solid understanding of the delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture Enterprise-class development tools, frameworks, and standards (ASP NET,.
ET, C#, REST API, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Web Services, XML, PowerShell, etc) A good understanding of UI/UX concepts Experience working with Azure DevOps and Git Hub Working knowledge of M365 and Azure Portal administration and operations Expertise in the Power Platform COE and all governance components Experience architecting, building, migrating, and supporting solutions involving Teams, SharePoint, other M365 services, or Power Platform low-code applications Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies
