Your Impact As the PMO COE Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include.
Strategic Partnership.
Collaborate with the Transformation Program Leadership and Deployment teams to shape agendas, roadmaps, budgets, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
Align digital and business goals to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.
Governance & Oversight.
Lead governance councils, develop governance content, and manage stage exits against established criteria.
Centralize project tracking, reporting, and documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.
Performance & Delivery.
Monitor project progress, including change management, value realization, and risk mitigation.
Oversee go-live and deployment readiness while ensuring scalability across markets and functions.
End-to-End Project Management.
Develop and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Identify and mitigate program interdependencies and risks while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
Center of Excellence Leadership.
Ensure adherence to COE project management standards, including methodology, playbooks, tools, and responsibilities.
Capture lessons learned to enhance future projects and facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with a passion for transformation, innovation, and collaboration.
Required Education.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
Experience.
8+ years in financial, supply chain, or transformation roles with deep expertise in cost transformation strategies.
Proven program and project management experience, leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-geography initiatives.
Strong understanding of stakeholder management, change management, and business transformation across various functions.
Supply chain experience is preferred, along with management accounting knowledge.
Prior experience working with global teams and navigating diverse cultural landscapes is a strong advantage.
