Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead our Hermosillo facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential due to our multinational operations and client base.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Implement best practices in manufacturing processes, including automation where costeffective.

Process Improvement
Develop and enforce strong controls for purchasing, inventory management, and production efficiency.
Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and empower the production workforce to achieve organizational goals.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.

Strategic Planning
Collaborate with senior management to align plant activities with corporate strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives for the facility.

Communication and Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between the plant and corporate offices, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.




Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
Experience in plastic injection molding or decoration processes is highly desirable.
Experience implementing and maintaining a management system based on ISO standards

Skills and Abilities
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in utilizing manufacturing software and tools for planning and analysis.
Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
