PLANT MANAGER

Descripción del empleo We are seeking a Plant Manager for our rapidly growing facility in Monterrey MX.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the site's operational performance in financial, quality, service, safety, employee relations, and supply chain management.
This role requires technical expertise in manufacturing and also change leadership.
You will continue to develop and maintain an effective system of metrics, scorecards, governance and reviews to assure strategies and projects are aligned with business needs in a leading company where we value, recognize and reward individual and team success.

achelor's Degree in Engineering, Operation Management or equivalent 8+ years solid business experience in a manufacturing environment.
emonstrated experience in leading and developing individuals and teams.
Strong knowledge and experience with ISO Systems, preference for Automotive IATF standard.
eneral business knowledge within the injection molding or extrusion industries.
xperience working in a Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing environment.
emonstrated success in operations leadership, improvement process and in having the ability to understand and integrate consumer needs, marketing strategies and broader business challenges.
Successful track record in a fast paced environment where flexibility and urgency to meet current customer requirements while also looking to the future and setting strategic direction.
