About you We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented People Partner Generalist to support employees across multiple functions in North America and Latin America, who has strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the People team (both People Partners and Centres of Excellence).
About this roleThis role focuses on HR business partner scaling across compliance, benefits, program delivery and employee engagement while collaborating with People Partners, Recruiters, and the Employee Relations leader.

Prioritization & Organization – Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Skilled in identifying urgent needs, balancing short-term demands with long-term HR initiatives, and maintaining structured workflows in a high-volume environment.
hat you’ll be doing HR Systems & Data Management.
erve as the primary point of contact for data extraction and reporting in Workday (HRIS), generating reports on headcount, turnover, and workforce trends on an as-needed basis.
evelop and distribute monthly and quarterly reports to provide functional-level insights that support HR initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Assist in HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
mployee Engagement & HR Program Support.
ssist in executing HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, BEDI programs, and wellness initiatives.
artner with HR teams to coordinate training sessions and HR-related communications.
R Operations & Compliance.
nsure HR policies and procedures, including first line manager coaching and performance management conversations, complying with federal, state, and local labor laws.
wnership and maintenance of our HR systems and internal records across the North and Latin America People Partner team.
ffboarding Administration.
upport the facilitation of employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and separation agreements.
What you’ll have 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
trong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance in North and Latin America.
xperience with HRIS systems (Workday) and proficiency in Google Workspace.
xcellent communication, problem-solving, program management and organizational skills.
bility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
