Responsibilities The Opportunity The People Operations Analyst is responsible to provide query support via live chat and phone calls as part of the Support Service Delivery Model for PepsiCo North America.
Document Frequent Asked Questions to help built automatic answers into new tools.
Calls & Chat follow up, ticket validations, incident tracking, escalations & documentation are part of the everyday work.
Your Impact.
As People Operations Analyst your functions would consist of.
Provide query support for PepsiCo North America customers Comply with Support Service Delivery Model SLAs and KPIs Document and Analyze FAQ to automatize Ensures projects are delivered on time and with measurable quality results.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Management, Administration Technology Management or related field Advanced English level (writing and speaking) 6 months -2 years of experience in Customer Service, Ticket Resolution, Project Management If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
