PEOPLE ANALYST MAIN PURPOSE A short statement which explains why the job exists.
The People Analyst is an entry role responsible for supporting drive strategic People initiatives across the Business Groups and Orbia.
The position collaborates closely with People Team and other stakeholders to support improvements, innovative solutions creation, and measure the impact of People programs.

People Town Hall) Supports project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired outcomes (i.

Global Compensation Cycle communication).
Supports the Global People Team by developing communication materials and actively assisting the team.
Responsible to update the People Hub content in line with Orbia branding guidelines.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LANGUAGE, & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (To perform satisfactorily in this job what type of knowledge and experience is required?) Academic Level.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Language(s) and level of proficiency.
Advanced English Knowledge/Experience.
