manage and execute the complete payroll process for all mexico-based employees, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

stay informed about legislative changes related to payroll and benefits.
reporting.
prepare and submit payroll and benefits reports, including tax filings, social security contributions, and other regulatory requirements.
audits.
conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
resolve any discrepancies promptly.
employee support.
offer guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits inquiries or issues.
system management.
manage and update payroll and benefits systems.
work with it and hr teams to enhance system capabilities.
vendor management.
coordinate with external payroll and benefits providers to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
continuous improvement.
identify and implement best practices to improve payroll and benefits processes.
perfil buscado a successful compensation manager should have.
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
minimum of 3 years of experience operating in revolution/tress payroll system.
in-depth knowledge of mexico payroll regulations, tax laws, labor laws, and employee benefits programs.
strong analytical skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in spanish and english.
